On November 30, 2010, Richelieu Hardware Canada Ltd. acquired P J White Hardwoods. Richelieu Hardware Canada Ltd. is an international company with over 60 divisions in the industrial and dealer hardware and building material industries. P J White Hardwoods will continue to operate as a separate division while benefiting by being part of this well positioned and growing corporation.
